NACHC Survey on Impact of Medicaid Redeterminations |
Introduction
NACHC is conducting a brief survey to understand the impact of Medicaid redeterminations on health centers and patients.
This survey should be completed by the health center CEO or their designee, someone who is knowledgeable about the number of patients impacted by state Medicaid agency’s eligibility reviews to determine whether beneficiaries still qualify for Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) coverage. This may be, for example, the CFO, COO, CMO or Patient Services Director.
